At Either/Or, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Print and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
